Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure overall satisfaction
- Promote products and services effectively to drive sales and achieve company goals
- Document customer interactions carefully in the CRM for ongoing improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer experience
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about products and service techniques
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for assisting others
- Advanced Knowledge of Technical Support is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to different customer needs
- Effective problem solver with a keen attention to detail
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
