- Perform a wide range of administrative duties to support the escrow process
- Work with borrowers and lenders to obtain necessary items to clear title
- Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closing
- Communicate requirements and other information to clients effectively
- Interpret various agreements related to closing and prepare all required documents
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of escrow-related experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude
