Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to successful placements.
• Build and nurture a strong network of candidates through proactive outreach and engagement.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for client needs.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract a diverse talent pool.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and company culture.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple roles.
• A genuine passion for recruitment and helping candidates succeed in their careers.
