Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat
- Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to offer accurate information to clients
- Document all customer interactions clearly in the company’s CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to hone your skills
- Share feedback and suggestions for process improvements to further enhance the customer experience
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must
- Exceptional communication skills combined with a strong dedication to customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Comfortable using CRM systems and customer support technology
