Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Full-Stack Web Developer who is passionate about building customer-focused, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with our team to develop new features and squash bugs for our exciting pickleball club management platform. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love to problem-solve, and have experience with modern web technologies like TypeScript, Svelte, tRPC, and Supabase, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Implement new features and bug fixes for our web-based pickleball club management platform, focusing on usability and user experience.
- Develop type-safe components using Svelte and TypeScript, ensuring modularity, maintainability, and high performance.
- Write and maintain tRPC endpoints to implement business logic and facilitate smooth communication with our backend services.
- Design and maintain PostgreSQL database schemas on Supabase, focusing on data integrity and efficient querying to support application needs.

- Strong Independent Thinker/Leader: You have the ability to decide, pace, and execute tasks without requiring micromanagement. You confidently make decisions with responsible judgment and have a good sense of when to seek help to avoid roadblocks or project delays.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in TypeScript for type-safe frontend and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Svelte for building reactive and efficient user interfaces.
- Familiarity with tRPC for creating type-safe APIs and handling business logic effectively.
- Understanding of database design and schema management, particularly with PostgreSQL on Supabase.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and improving development processes.
