- Build & maintain a consistent product roadmap aligned with Swile's broader strategy
- Ensure standardization, scalability & agility are key components of our products and partnerships
- Use data to make informed strategic decisions
- Present market analysis to guide stakeholders and our product towards Swile's goals
- Negotiate with stakeholders to secure the best outcomes for our products and users
- Build and execute product monetization strategies, collaborating with Finance, Legal & Compliance
- Negotiate and manage relationships with technology partners to power our product
- Conduct technical assessments on APIs, ensuring partner suitability for Swile's ecosystem
- Develop product requirements and specifications aligned with stakeholder needs
- Define and track KPIs, regularly reporting product success to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Lead by influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and features
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with engineering on high-level technical specifications and architecture decisions
- Drive innovation that positions Swile as a leader in the employee benefits marketplace
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
- 4+ years of Product Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree on Computer Science, Engineering and other related fields (or relevant professional experience)
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Proven track record working on mobile apps
- Proven track record working on marketplace products
- Experience working on product monetization strategy
- 6+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience working on globally available products
- Experience with SQL queries
- Experience working on Metabase, Looker or other data visualization tools
