- Program Preparation and Implementation
- Execute the necessary preparations for creating a program in order to achieve project goals.
- Track and manage the progress of program preparation to ensure that it is properly implemented on the day.
- Participate in the implementation on the day, and help ensure that the programs achieve the stated objectives.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with project members or related teams to ensure that communication, strategy, and collaboration are suitable for the project.
- Discuss and report work progress to the Program Manager based on project requirements.
- Supporter Engagement:
- Support monitor project results by analyzing data on the results/output of an activity obtained from the #ForABetterWorld Campaign Application.
- Support the Organizer by using the #ForABetterWorld Campaign App.
- Maintain and build positive relationships with supporters, organizers, collaborators, and sponsors.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with external parties.
- At least 1 year of experience in sponsorship management, marketing, event management, or related roles.
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or other related fields.
- Ability to implement and coordinate sponsored programs and activities effectively.
- Excellent communication and persuasive abilities to engage and collaborate with new and existing supporters, organizers, and sponsors.
- Analytical skills to identify opportunities for collaboration and initiatives relevant to the projects.
- Effective project coordination skills to achieve campaign goals within specific projects.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for making a positive impact.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Have downloaded the Campaign #ForABetterWorld App from the App Store or Play Store and complete any challenges that resonate with their personal social mission to ensure familiarity with our application.
