Job Description
- Formulate strategies centred around achieving concrete sales outcomes
- Develop comprehensive plans to surpass divisional and individual targets, in alignment with our company's sales policies and strategies
- Provide consistent daily and monthly sales guidance, underpinned by meticulously structured quarterly action plans influenced by your pragmatic approach
- Cultivate the growth, training, and motivation of our sales force, cultivating their skills for exceptional results
- Lead a team of sales advisers, ensuring not only target achievement but also its transcendence through adept management and rigorous performance evaluations
- Regularly evaluate sales and business progress, gauging the effectiveness of our sales advisers
- Cultivate robust relationships with key clients, eliminating business obstacles and harmonising with our long-term company direction
- Strategically allocate territories to our Sales Representatives, optimising efficiency and results
- Demonstrated sales acumen and adept negotiation skills
- Leadership style characterised by motivation and a focus on results
- Proficiency in technology, budgeting, and impeccable report-writing abilities
- Having at least 8 years working experience as the medical devices sales
