Responsibilities
- Design, implementation and assessment of chatbots/virtual assistants dialogue scripts
- Graphic reflection of dialog trays via Visio-like editor
- Creation of datasets for training recognition models: analyze and markup dialogue recordings
- Evaluation of model training results by means of SPitch intuitive toolset.
- Experience of working within speech analytics area as business analyst or technical support engineer
- Technical education or a degree in linguistics
- Fluent English, Advanced German, French or Italian
- Fluent or advanced Arabic, preferably Omani dialect would be a strong advantage
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely
- Convincing communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Python would be an advantage
