🗨️ About the Team & Position

  • Technical Service Engineer is responsible for delivering Lunit’s products to customers and partners while helping them to use Lunit’s products successfully.
  • To fulfill such high demands in APAC, Lunit is looking for passionate candidates who can pitch Lunit's products with good technical and communication skills. This position works closely with team members in the Seoul-based head office, Europe, North America, and LATAM.


🚩 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and/or partners with preparing, installing, and integrating Lunit INSIGHT solutions with various systems (i.e. PACS, workstations, mammography reporting system, etc.)
  • Liaise with customer IT departments and assist with information systems installations and troubleshooting
  • Advise about the technical aspects of Lunit INSIGHT integrations in various settings, in close cooperation with Lunit colleagues from other teams
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Provide technical training sessions and technical documentation for colleagues, partners, and customers
  • Collect feedback and requests for product improvements, and communicate them to headquarters
  • Support Business Team and Partners with pre-sales/post-sales project discussions (e.g., tender activities including technical and security items) to maximize conversion to commercial wins
  • Operate as the point of contact for customers and partners about implementation, ensuring a standardized, smooth customer experience throughout the implementation process


Requirements

🎯 Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of professional experience in the field
  • Overall understanding of the healthcare industry and passion for artificial intelligence
  • Working knowledge of the PACS/IT Department environments
  • Extensive knowledge of interoperability in the medical domain (including X-ray and/or Mammography modality) and of communication standards such as DICOM and HL7
  • Strong organizational, training, and team communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel frequently for events/customer meetings within the specified geographic region and nationally
  • Proficient in English
  • Bachelor’s degree


🏅 Preferred Experiences

  • Experience in the medical industry or medical AI
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written/communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the Linux CLI
