Job Details
- Conduct end-to-end testing of the Workday system and its integrations with other systems/applications.
- Collaborate with a team of testers, ensuring efficient testing and QA deliverables.
- Proficient in defect management, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with QA objectives.
- Work flexibly under pressure, demonstrating proactive and assertive problem-solving skills.
- Engage stakeholders effectively and deliver results-oriented reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous QA improvements.
- Present testing metrics and activities to key stakeholders.
- Utilize testing tools such as Jira effectively to maximize QA efforts.
- Provide training and support for QA staff's continuous learning.
- Serve as an escalation point for testing and quality assurance matters.
