What You Will Do
- You will plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability studies, interviews, surveys, field studies, and competitive analyses.
- Analyze research data to provide relevant insights.
- Use multiple methods to visualize data, such as personas, journey maps, and affinity diagrams.
- Work with experienced and diverse teams (designers, product managers, developers) to integrate user research findings into product designs and roadmaps.
- Communicate research findings to stakeholders through written reports, presentations, and workshops.
- Advocate for the user's perspective in product development and ensure that user experience is a primary consideration in design decisions.
- Use a variety of research and prototyping tools, such as Miro, Figma, Dovetail and other UX research tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, research methodologies, and best practices to refine and improve the UX research process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research or a related field.
- Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and user research tools (ie. Maze )

- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and practices.
