Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our evolving marketing department as we transition to an agency-style setup. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage the team and its resources, ensuring that comprehensive digital marketing services are provided to internal brand Product Owners across multiple industries and locations. This role requires a leader who can collaborate closely on the creation and ongoing execution of diverse digital marketing plans, driving growth, and optimizing ROI in a highly varied and fast-paced online environment. As a key leader, the Digital Marketing Manager will ensure effective collaboration across the agency and play a crucial role in guiding the success of client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agency-Style Leadership: Develop and manage an agency-style digital marketing team that delivers tailored services to internal brand Product Owners, ensuring alignment with business goals across various online industries and geographical locations.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies for the agency's internal brands, including defining target audiences, positioning, and key messaging.
  • Resource Management: Assign, delegate, and supervise tasks within the team, ensuring efficient use of resources, adherence to deadlines, and maintenance of high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners to develop and execute marketing plans, ensuring continuous growth and progress while adapting to the specific needs of each brand.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and senior digital marketing specialists, helping them identify their strengths and areas for development while fostering a connected and informed team environment.
  • Innovation: Lead brainstorming sessions with the marketing team and Product Owners to foster creativity and avoid stagnation at any stage of the marketing process.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Play a pivotal role in collaborating with internal stakeholders, developing proposals, creating presentations, and participating in meetings to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI across various campaigns and projects.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, ensuring the agency remains competitive and offers cutting-edge solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Reporting: Report to the Head of Products on the agency’s performance, project statuses, and any operational challenges to ensure that marketing goals are being met and that stakeholders are satisfied with the agency's work.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing digital marketing teams.
  • ROI Evidence: Demonstrated success in optimizing ROI in previous digital marketing roles.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing complex digital marketing projects from MVP to market launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the dating & adult industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Mindset: Analytical and creative, with proactive decision-making abilities.

Details of Work Environment:

  • Role Type: Digital Nomad, Fully Remote
  • Contract Type: Contractor / Freelancer (Not Direct Cyprus Hire)
  • Rate Type: Day Rate
  • Working Days: 5 Days per week on offer (5 from any 7)
  • Working Hours: Based on identified needs, flexible
