Lead React Native Mobile Frontend Developer
We are seeking an experienced Lead Mobile Frontend Engineer to spearhead the development of our React Native mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile development, particularly with React Native

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of our mobile applications using React Native.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor and guide team members in React Native best practices.
- Work closely with backend engineers to understand and integrate .NET Core 7 APIs.
- Deploy and monitor applications on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies.
- Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols.
- Lead code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Expertise in React Native and familiarity with its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
- Experience with AWS services and deployment.
- Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
- Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
