We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and an eye for clean and modern design. In this role, you will collaborate with our clients, project managers, development teams, and marketing teams to design intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and project managers to understand user needs, and translate them into intuitive user interfaces that meet business requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts to stakeholders
- Design and develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate the intended user experience
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Work with developers to ensure that designs are implemented as intended and to troubleshoot design-related issues
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a strong attention to detail
