We are looking for a Lead Full-stack JavaScript Developer who possesses strong engineering capabilities across the entire stack.

The selected candidate will lead a team of engineers tasked with developing a range of products. The ideal individual will ensure high-quality outputs throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), offer frequent feedback to the team, and adapt processes and timelines as required.

Responsibilities


  • Oversight of coding and development activities
  • Effective delegation of tasks without excessive control
  • Enhancement of team productivity and overall impact
  • Independent decision-making for the team
  • Leadership in technical discussions and effective technical decision-making
  • Collaboration with engineers to define and review architecture
  • Support in code review processes and bug resolution
  • Prioritization of high-impact projects
  • Collaboration with product teams to manage project scope and deliverables
  • Conversion of product requirements into technical specifications
  • Assurance of timely project delivery


Requirements


  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
  • 7+ years of experience in software development
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant leadership role
  • Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, ReactJS
  • Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
  • Knowledge of web development, service-oriented architecture, and cloud computing
  • Experience with AWS or GCP
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Robust interpersonal skills
  • Skill in analyzing complex problems and providing effective solutions
  • Experience in fostering a collaborative and enjoyable team environment


Nice to have


  • Advanced AWS certifications
  • Contributions to open-source projects
  • Leadership training or certifications
