If you are
- A holder of at least 5 or more years as a quality control engineer, test manager, or test lead
- Skilled in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams of at least 2 people
- Experienced with test cases, test plans, and test management
- Familiar with white box, black box, and exploratory testing
- Successfully performing web and mobile testing (Android and iOS)
- Capable of communicating in English fluently to offer solutions and cover project needs
- Allocate, assess, and monitor task execution
- Perform peer code reviews
- Analyze, clarify, and elicit requirements
- Assess QC processes and deliverables in an assigned project using available tools (quality health check, self-check)
- Participate in performance review sessions as an evaluator for middle and senior QC associates
- Improve existing QC metrics that reflect product quality
- Set up task priorities considering project schedule, stages, milestones, priorities, and expected delivery date
- Attend events and conferences provided or sponsored by SoftServe
