Responsibilities

  • Create, upload, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns aimed at boosting return on investment with dynamic revenue.
  • Meticulously implement and oversee Facebook Ads strategies to enhance campaign performance, manage budgets, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
  • Set up and maintain essential Facebook Ads components including domain verification and tracking pixels.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Conduct regular A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Compile and analyze campaign data, producing comprehensive reports that summarize campaign effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Present campaign performance insights to team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of the latest features, best practices, and trends within the Facebook Ads Manager platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience within the Facebook Ads Manager platform, with a strong focus on driving conversions and ROAS.
  • Intense attention to detail within Facebook Ads Manager, including proficiency in campaign structure, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
  • Extensive experience in uploading and creating Facebook ads campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads.
  • Proven track record of improving campaign performance and ROI through strategic optimizations.
  • Expert knowledge of Facebook's advertising policies, best practices, and latest features.
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing domain verification and tracking pixels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital advertising, or a related quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, or statistics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management capabilities and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools relevant to digital advertising.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in the fast-paced, ever-changing landscape of social media advertising.
