About The Role

As a Sr. Executive Assistant and EA Manager, the role involves supporting two executive leaders while managing the overall Executive Assistant (EA) pod. This position will also act as a mentor, coach, and talent development lead for the Executive Assistants, with the goal of fostering their growth and creating opportunities across various teams.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will hold two primary responsibilities:

1. Provide general calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangement support for two executive leaders.

2. Manage, mentor, and coach the existing Executive Assistants, focusing on talent development and helping them explore potential roles in other teams that align with their career ambitions. This position prioritizes talent development and growth over the EA craft itself.


While remote work is an option, candidates must be located in the US and within the Eastern time zone.


What you’ll do

- Provide scheduling and travel management support for two executives.

- Serve as the direct manager for the current Executive Assistants (3).

- Coach and mentor the Executive Assistants in achieving their long-term career goals, particularly in identifying and pursuing opportunities in other teams aligned with their goals.

- Collaborate closely with leaders to enhance the talent development program for Executive Assistants.


How to be successful in this role:

- Meaningful (5-10 years) prior experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, or in a business operations role, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

- Demonstrated success in talent development and promoting direct reports into expanded or new roles.

- High levels of intelligence, empathy, and potential for rapid growth.

Salary Range

The salary or OTE range for this position is $188,000 - $221,000. This role may also offer eligibility for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plans, and other company perks.
