As a SAP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to the needs of the financial services industry. You will be a crucial part of our squad working on loan and real estate management solutions, collaborating closely with a team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, industry-specific projects.

About This Role
We are seeking multiple SAP Developers to join our team and support our projects to deliver financial solution for our clients.
As a SAP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to the needs of the financial services industry. You will be a crucial part of our squad working on loan and real estate management solutions, collaborating closely with a team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, industry-specific projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle technical aspects such as customizations, integrations, and extensions within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Develop custom solutions using tools like MDF (Metadata Framework) and APIs to meet specific business requirements.
- Manage data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the transition.
- Design and develop SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet the project needs.
- Customize and enhance SuccessFactors modules to align with business objectives
- Integrate SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems within the financial services framework.
- Collaborate with consultants and business analysts to understand and implement technical requirements unique to financial services.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SuccessFactors solutions to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Proven experience as an SAP Developer.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and customizing SuccessFactors modules for financial applications.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques with other financial solutions.
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
- SuccessFactors Integration Center
- SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- MDF (Metadata Framework)
- SAP APIs for custom development and integrations
- Experience in managing data migration processes with a focus on data integrity and consistency.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
