This position is part of the Global Service Systems (GSS) Team and is a remote role based in Brazil, with our headquarters located in São Paulo.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Provide case management support for current active service systems
- Provide administrative support for data refresh in required systems.
- Lead service or service adjacent software implementation/enhancement projects.
- Provide reports needed for critical management and day-to-day Service operations to include product quality reporting, departmental performance reporting and other as deemed necessary by Service management.
- Develop, implement, Service software systems and processes.
- BS or BA degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (may substitute relevant experience) or willingness to pursue coursework.
- A minimum of three-year successful experience in a service/customer service system support environment.
- Basic Salesforce.com administrator certified or equivalent experience
- Business software and process flow experience
- Fluent speaking English and Portuguese.
- ServiceMax Certified Administrator I or equivalent experience
- Oracle experience
- Exposure to business lean tools / Change management experience
- Spanish language skills are desirable.
