An innovative, global hardware manufacturer within the fenestration sector is looking for a dynamic and driven Southern Area Sales Manager to join their UK Sales Team. This market leader has significant growth plans, so it is an exciting time to join. They offer a friendly, supportive environment where you can flourish. The role will be remote and you will be required to drive to meet with clients across the area so a company car will be provided. The Southern Area Sales Manager is instrumental in expanding their market share and achieving their sales objectives through direct sales and supporting their distribution network. This position involves working closely with existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to maximise growth. Key Responsibilities: Build, develop, and maintain key customer relationships. Keep customers up to date on product and service offerings Identify new business opportunities within the Southern region. Use account management principles and do research to identify new potential business opportunities Help implement sales strategies and work towards achieving the sales plan Work closely with the sales team at the field level to protect existing business and generate new revenue Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, and Logistics to increase sales opportunities Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and competitor activities Maintain all required records of sales and relevant information through the company’s CRM system Qualifications: Prior experience in a similar Sales Manager role B2B experience is essential Experience in the Fenestration Sector or its adjoining markets Thorough product knowledge within the fenestration market or a willingness to learn Strong relationship management skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills with an openness to embrace new sales techniques Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously Strong business planning skills with good account management and solution selling abilities Proficient in using IT systems, such as CRM Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills Must have a full, UK driving licence If you are an experienced B2B Sales Manager with relevant sector knowledge, please get in touch to discuss further.
