Join us! We have a new opening for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is working from home (if you live close by there is the option to go into the Whittle site based in Leicester )

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will:
  • Provide professional and responsive support to our patients and customers to ensure a positive experience in fulfilling and delivering orders, this could be pricing queries, product complaints.
  • Effectively resolve issues through phone and email communications, adapting to fluctuations in the volume of incoming inquiries
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Baxter to more deeply engage customers regarding our products and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Adhere to the stocktake schedule and ensure orders are processed in time to meet delivery lead times
  • Identifying challenges and resolving solutions
  • Provides our patients and partners with the most immediate and high-quality first interaction
