Where You Fit:

The Data Conversion Analyst works with the team to develop and execute data conversion plans. We are looking for someone to work on repeatable, robust processes that require minimum changes on subsequent conversion activities.

This position offers the flexibility for you to work from any location within the United States remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, map, and convert data from various sources into a structured format.
• Gather and translate business requirements into conversion requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data transformation needs and project alignment across the software modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to assure accuracy and completeness of converted data. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
• Stay current with new software releases and features and provide data transformation recommendations when needed.
• Develop and maintain data conversion documentation, including mapping documents, conversion scripts, and validation plans.
• Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies
• Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience as a Data Conversion Analyst including experience gathering business requirements, leading design sessions, configuring, testing, and moving to production activities.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Technology or related field or an additional two years of relevant Data Conversion experience
• Proven track record in a data conversion role
• Demonstrated experience in software data conversion, data migration, and/or data mapping.
• High level of proficiency and knowledge of how to interact and pull data from multiple different data formats such as Oracle, SQL, MySQL, Flat File (CSV, XML, etc).
• Strong experience in ETL tools such as SSIS and Talend.
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and social skills.
• Must be comfortable speaking with non-technical resources in requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
