The Impact You’ll Make In This Role

As a(n) Customer Issue Resolution Operations Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Identifying, prioritizing, and leading projects that drive attainment of operating plan and short-term strategic targets
  • Gathering information by observing workflows, reviewing reports, conducting employee interviews, etc.
  • Training and development
  • Participate and system test for acquisition integrations related to the CIR Team
  • Participating on area projects that focus on process evaluation and gap reduction and/or process or system optimization opportunities. Provide updates and ideas within leadership meetings, Tier meetings and LSS projects
  • Advise CIR Managers on project status, improvement rollouts, and areas of focus based on analysis of metrics and available reports.
  • Own standard work creation, process improvement, implementation, and strategy processes. Accountable for maintenance of SOPs/job aids and coordinating training as needed
  • Providing leadership and education within process implementations and best practices in connection with the USAC CIR teams.
  • Leading regular meetings within CIR to review any new end-to-end process changes, adherence to on-going or new CIR standard work, and upcoming performance enhancements.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of four (4) years of customer service and operations experience

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from AND eight (8) years of customer service and operation experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of Account Receivable experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Minimum of two (2) years of process improvement skills in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Creating standard work, process improvement, implementation, and strategy processes. Accountable for maintenance of SOPs/job aids and coordinating training as needed
  • Establishing and maintaining quality standards
  • Problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to root-cause problems and quickly articulate creative, practical solutions
  • Proven track record as a self-starter, collaborative, and team player
  • Collaborator with excellent oral and written communication skill
  • Experience in Project Management and collaborating with functional teams

Work location: Remote-United States

Travel: May include up to 10%[domestic/international]

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
