As a Digital Product Manager, you will focus on an area of the Ferguson digital experience helping to shape the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. Your role is positioned at the crossroads of technology and business across a particular area. This role is focused on gathering eCommerce traffic and helping the user convert within an area through the conversion funnel. As a Performance minded product leader, you will work with business partners and non-Digital departments to bridge customer needs into the digital properties. You will be a digital partner, relentlessly building and advocating for the customer while simultaneously listening and negotiating with business collaborators across the company. You will help craft a rich product portfolio, design a truly agile roadmap for execution of Ferguson’s vision.


This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Help to define your product's vision and strategy.
  • Communicating clearly to business leaders on the changes and how they are affected but how these changes are aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
  • Assesses market competition by comparing Ferguson's products to competitors' products.
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product impact/usage forecasts, special reports and analysis, answering questions and requests.
  • Use data to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve operational efficiency across the business.
  • Collaborate closely with the business, sales, marketing/content and merchandising teams to define, document and prioritize requirements, ensuring business and customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and communicate a detailed roadmap for your product.
  • Work closely with Project Management to make sure product is on time and scoped properly.
  • Work closely with design and engineering leads in an agile development process.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly health through analytics and user feedback sessions.
  • Improve the quality and efficiency of prioritization and execution of tasks.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to drive KPI, OKR and roadmap prioritization.
  • AB Testing & User Testing solutions to resolve outcome success.
  • Provide commentary to the company on a monthly basis.
  • Create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, collaboration, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass Ferguson's diversity commitment.
  • Perform all other job related duties as requested.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • 1-3 years Product Management experience, eCommerce experience preferred.
  • Experience in building and analyzing Web Analytics reports ie Adobe Analytics, GA360 preferred.
  • Customer centered approach to sophisticated business/user problems.
  • Performance mentality to drive outcomes and results.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate a cross-functional team.
  • Experience in Horizonal leadership to drive results that capture our customers’ needs and drive business results.
  • Experience gaining alignment and prioritization across multiple customer groups.
  • Experience in agile product development methodologies.
  • Adaptable and proactively able to move with change while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Strong communication and leadership experience.

Pay Range:


Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.


$7,425.00 - $12,100.00


Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried rolesORHourly for all other roles.


This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
