What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist teachers with planning, preparation of materials, and instructional duties
• Implement behavior management techniques and support students in a variety of settings
• Conduct data analysis related to student attendance and discipline issues
• Maintain accurate records and reports for student progress and academic success
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to enhance learning outcomes
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma required
• Minimum of 48 semester hours from a regionally accredited college/university or an Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited college
• Completion of 96 CEUs after 2002 and passing WorkKeys assessments as specified
• Willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) if required for the position
• Strong oral and written communication skills with all audiences
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in educational settings, particularly in roles assisting with behavior management or ESL instruction
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and educational software
• Bilingual abilities to assist non-English speaking students and families
• Previous experience conducting small group or one-on-one instructional sessions
• Knowledge of Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) processes
