A dynamic organization is seeking a Sales Operations Business Analyst who embodies core values and is eager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between business needs and technical solutions within the go-to-market technology stack. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce capabilities, strong project management acumen, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Passion for optimizing business processes and project management experience is essential.


Responsibilities

- **Requirement Gathering:** Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.


- **Salesforce Configuration:** Work closely with the Salesforce team and administrators to design and implement Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and automation of workflows.


- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.


- **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and integrations within existing tools.


- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


- Contribute to the development of Salesforce governance and best practices.


- **Reports and Dashboards:** Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.


- **Project Management:** Manage end-to-end projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to execution, testing, and deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.


- **Testing and Validation:** Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and work with end users to validate that solutions meet business requirements.


- **Documentation:** Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, requirements, test cases, and user guides.


- **Training and Support:** Provide end-user training and support to ensure understanding and effective use of tools and features.


- **Other:** Perform additional related duties as assigned.


Requirements

- **Experience:** Minimum of two years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with a focus on Salesforce.


- **Salesforce Expertise:** Proficient in Salesforce configuration, designed to manage reports, dashboards, and flows.


- **Project Management:** Demonstrated experience managing projects with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is preferred.


- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Jira or Asana preferred).


- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

- **Salesforce Certification:** Preference for Salesforce Business Analyst Certification. Candidates without certification must be willing to obtain it within 6 months.


- **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.


- **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


- **Additional Certifications:** Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or other relevant certifications.


- **Experience with Integrations:** Familiarity with integrating Salesforce and other business systems (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, ERP, Marketing Automation).


- **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, business intelligence, and operations.


- **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude, promoting a positive team environment.


- **Detail Oriented:** Exceptional attention to detail when creating and maintaining sales-related policies and documentation.


- **Problem Solving:** Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
