Our client is looking for a full-time Project Manager to drive success in a dynamic engineering environment. An enthusiastic individual with 5 or more years of project management experience is sought, skilled at navigating projects to meet strict deadlines and budgets.

In this role, the Project Manager will lead a team through stimulating transformations, tackle various challenges, and thrive in an environment of continuous growth and learning.


Collaboration with growing teams of engineers and product managers is essential, delivering engineering projects with precision and creativity. Responsibilities include managing the entire project lifecycle for the engineering team - from planning and execution to monitoring, control, and delivery.

Location:

The job is fully remote within the United States.


Salary:

$110,000 - $136,000


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required, with a preference for software engineering projects.
  • Timely and accurate status reporting, ability to escalate issues promptly, and ensure accountability.
  • Oversight of the project schedule to adhere to milestones and delivery timelines.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as JIRA, Basecamp, or Trello.
