Consultants on the Enterprise Onboarding team play a crucial role in shaping the success of large enterprises by delivering tailored, high-impact solutions. In this role you would be responsible for successfully managing the testing and implementation of our customer’s solution. Exceeding customer expectations is a top priority, which is accomplished by clearly understanding the clients’ business model, the partner resources and limitations, and the value added by the SPS components.

(This role can be remote or based in Minneapolis, MN.)

Day-to-Day

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project.
• Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals.
• Keep customer and other stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
• Conduct tasks and assignments as directed
• Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
• Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved
  
  

Minimum Requirements

Consultant II

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules in order to produce desired results
  
  

Preferred Experience

• 3-5 years professional business experience
• Experience will EDI, 800 series, Order to Cash, and 3PLs (Warehouses and Transportation)
• Familiarity with XML
• Experience with text editing and data mapping tools
• In-depth knowledge of mapping tools and functionality
