About The Role

A leading contract lifecycle management platform is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support its engineering and product organization. This role is hybrid and requires in-person support one day a week in San Francisco, in addition to multi-day team onsites 3-4 times per year where in-person attendance may be required.


Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engineering and Product Organization, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

- Act as a liaison between executives, team members, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

- Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.

- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, demonstrating flexibility and a strong commitment to team success.


Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and other productivity tools.

- Ability to think proactively and take initiative, anticipating the needs of executives and the team.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.

- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

- Availability to work in the San Francisco office one day a week, with potential for increased presence as required.

Salary Range

$90,000 - $100,000
