Job Overview:

As a Website Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company websites. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and product teams to ensure that our websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in WordPress, Webflow, Prismic, or JavaScript, with a preference for experience in Prismic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, Webflow, Prismic, or JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to translate designs into functional websites.
  • Ensure the website's performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and overall performance.
  • Implement and manage website updates, plugins, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and refine website requirements and specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in website development.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: WordPress, Webflow, Prismic, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with Prismic is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and headless CMS.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Experience with performance optimization and website analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
