- Become a trusted advisor to customers
- Identify customer needs, propose solutions, and resolve problems
- Work with customers to build and deliver differentiated solutions leveraging the company’s products, together with broader Revvity products and expertise
- Identify new features and product enhancements based on customer feedback and provide input to Product Management Teams
- Maintain and assume accountability for a culture of high customer service
- Create clear requirements documentation
- Deliver application specific training, both internally and externally
- Build and execute project work plans in a timely manner, tracking & reporting on status & risks
- Revise and keep all project documents up-to-date
- Participate effectively in team and customer meetings
