What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Resolve variances and denials using critical thinking and analytical skills
• Apply relevant policies and protocols to problem-solving scenarios
• Maintain knowledge of carrier policies, contracts, and accounts receivable
• Communicate professionally and accurately with internal and external customers
• Attend monthly billing meetings at the Marshfield Center
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a medical business office, healthcare, pharmaceutical setting, or comparable experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire for dental center positions
• Ability to handle unique cases where clear policies and procedures are not established
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
