This is a REMOTE role.

Client is looking for an Teamcenter Trainer with extensive experience in Training Program Development, Training Delivery, Reporting & Analysis, Assessment & Feedback etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development:
    • Design and create comprehensive training materials for Teamcenter PLM, including course outlines, user guides, video tutorials, and interactive e-learning modules.
    • Regularly update training materials to reflect new features, enhancements, and best practices within Teamcenter PLM.
  • Training Delivery:
    • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for internal teams, clients, and partners, covering all aspects of Teamcenter PLM from basic functionalities to advanced configurations.
    • Customize training sessions based on the specific needs of different user groups, including engineers, managers, and IT professionals.
  • Support and Troubleshooting:
    • Provide ongoing support and mentoring to Teamcenter PLM users post-training, helping them apply what they have learned in their daily workflows.
    • Address user queries and troubleshoot issues related to Teamcenter PLM functionalities.
Skills and Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter PLM, including modules such as BOM Management, Change Management, and Document Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple training projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in e-learning development tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external clients.
  • Siemens Certified Professional for Teamcenter - strongly desired but not mandatory
