They have won numerous prestigious awards and are committed to minimizing their environmental impact through carbon-negative production. They are currently seeking an analytical individual to fill the role of supply chain & operations manager and help facilitate the company's expansion.

Responsibilities

FORECASTING & PROCUREMENT

• Procurement
• Manage forecasts for a 300-SKU catalog
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for all products
• Coordinate smooth delivery from workshops to warehouse
• Ensure forecasts align with e-commerce, retail, distributor & international strategies
• Provide weekly inventory reports
• On-Hand/On-Order/ETAs
• Movers & Shakers
• OOS/Inventory at Risk/Over-Stocks
• Supply Chain-Related Costs
• Storage, Components On-Hand

SUPPLY-CHAIN MANAGEMENT

• Handle all supply-chain communications & foster strong relationships
• Enhance lead times and streamline the supply chain
• Identify opportunities for cost-efficiency
• Support retail expansion, product development, and negotiation activities

QUALITY CONTROL

• Supervise QA for each PO
• Analyze defect rates from customer service
• Implement processes to enhance and monitor QC

OPERATIONS

• Manage operations and relations with 3PL partner
• Ensure seamless integration of 3PL & Shopify
• Address 3PL issues promptly
• Improve lead times and operational efficiency
• Develop and enforce operational standards throughout the business

Requirements

• Passionate about the brand
• Enjoys remote work
• 20+ years of perseverance and optimism
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, sourcing, etc.
• Proficient in creating reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• 3+ years of international supplier collaboration
• 3+ years in e-commerce supply chain support
• 3+ years in retail distribution support
• Skilled in forecast development and optimization
• Familiar with managing 3PLs and Shopify integration
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
