Homeoffice Senior Product Manager - Connector Ecosystem

About the Role:

Be at the forefront of expanding and shaping Camunda's connector ecosystem. In this role, you'll not only work on developing and enhancing individual connectors but also play a pivotal role in growing the entire ecosystem. This includes working closely with engineering and partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enable seamless connectivity across diverse applications. You'll have the opportunity to drive the adoption of connectors and empower the Camunda community by building a robust ecosystem that supports a wide variety of integration use cases.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate closely with engineering and partner teams to scale the connector ecosystem, driving the expansion and adoption of our connectors.
• Define a market-driven vision, strategy, and product requirements, focusing on enhancing Camunda’s connector portfolio and the overall ecosystem. .
• Manage and synthesise community, customer, partner, and internal feedback to fuel innovation.
• Fully evaluate and prioritise incoming feature requests to ensure the most impactful enhancements are delivered.
• Develop deep expertise in the ecosystems of supported applications and related customer use cases. Utilise this knowledge to create content and product experiences that efficiently address customer challenges.
  
  

This is a remote role and can be based anywhere where we are eligible to hire, please find a list of available countries . Please note that the customers that you’ll be working with are based in the Americas and an overlap in time zones is required.

What you bring:

• Ability and/or willingness to use .
• Experience in building technical products, reporting and analytics, and/or data modelling.
• Proven experience working with a diverse set of applications that overlap with our existing source and destination integration portfolio.
• Direct product management experience with APIs, integrations, data, and/or data infrastructure.
• Experience on expanding and maintaining a product ecosystem.
• Familiarity with OKRs, customer research techniques, product design, Go-To-Market planning, backlog management, and Agile team methodologies.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing products used by IT departments (e.g., Software Developers, Operations).
• Experience working with platform products available both as SaaS and on-premises.

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

• United States: $126,800.00 to $190,100.00
• Germany: €84,300.00 to €126,500.00
• United Kingdom: £82,200.00 to £123,200.00
• Singapore: S$157,400.00 to S$236,100.00
