- As the Team Lead, you will have the outstanding opportunity to lead and develop a Rollout, Transition & Support Team within our ITS department.
- Your exceptional leadership skills will drive the team towards achieving their goals and cultivate a culture of excellence.
- You will help your team in solving incoming requests, especially related to our ERP system and custom applications related to purchasing and sourcing processes.
- Additionally, you and your team will support in migration projects, e.g. data migration projects during M&A activities.
- You will be responsible for efficiently implementing new features and products, ensuring flawless functionality and user happiness.
- In addition, you will conduct trainings, build training materials, and support colleagues and clients in efficiently using our applications.

Job Requirements To excel in this role, you should have:
- Extensive experience working with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support.
- Experience in 2nd / 3rd level IT-Support, related systems processes and requirements
- Experience in facilitating meetings and trainings for small and medium audiences
- Experience handling an international team in an international company, showcasing strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Customer empathy and understanding
- Excellent problem-solving skills and paying close attention to details
