What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources, including HRIS and payroll outputs
• Oversee the HR technology roadmap, identifying needs and making recommendations for alignment with departmental objectives
• Run people surveys, synthesize data, and present findings to partners, clients, and Senior Leadership
• Analyze data for trends in workforce planning, organizational development, and recruitment processes
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Qualitative and quantitative research skills
• Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably UKG
• Strong technical skills in gathering, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations as they apply to compensation programs
