We are in search of a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager , a specialist who will bridge Product and Sales/Customer Operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. The key task will be to answer the question “How to sell and earn?”.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Developing the pricing and commercial terms for Sumsub’s new IT services (including unit economics calculation, competitor market research, close communication with developers and front office departments, design of charging logic)
  • Developing commercial offers for the front office teams around the globe, including pricing models for specific regions/industries and custom pricing offers for top-priority clients
  • Controlling the company’s financial profitability and procurement processes which affect unit economics of the company’s services
  • Overseeing the selection, implementation, and management of revenue-related tools and technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
  • Creating and delivering trainings for Sales / Customer Success teams regarding the company's pricing strategy and commercial offerings
  • Improving and updating custom conditions for company’s contracts together with the legal team


About You:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can easily dive deep into details of an IT service’s key economic elements
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • 2+ years experience as a business analyst / operations manager preferably in a B2B SaaS company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Solid experience in financial modelling
  • Deep understanding of B2B IT commercial specifics, sales processes, go-to-market strategies
  • Understanding of B2B IT product development process
  • Great command of the English language
  • Notion of SQL is a plus
