Our team is in search of a results-driven and enthusiastic Junior Investment Associate. As our mining company continues to grow, expand and innovate in the mining industry, we are seeking an individual with strong communication skills who is not afraid of sales and knows how to find clients both online and offline (through events, networking, etc).

- Cold outreach: develop and execute strategies for initial contact and follow-up to secure responses and interest.
- Qualification: assess prospects against specific criteria to determine if they are sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Meeting booking: schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.
- Acquisition channels: utilize a range of channels (social media, email campaigns, networking events, etc.) to generate SQLs.
- Creation and maintenance of a database of potential clients.
- Assistance in conducting product presentations and demonstrations.
- Assistance in negotiations and closing deals.
- Interest in crypto (must!)
- Understanding how to find qualified leads in the B2B and B2C segments for investing in crypto/mining product.
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales.
- Basic knowledge of crypto, mining, Bitcoin, tokens.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
