We are seeking a committed and creative UX Designer to support one of our growing projects on a freelance basis. This role involves providing design solutions and driving innovation, with an expected commitment of approximately 20-25 hours per week (Monday to Thursday). The ideal candidate will possess a strong UX design background and experience in one or more of the following sectors: comparison marketplaces, product reviews, news media, or e-commerce.

Location: This is a fully remote position. The preferred candidate should be based in one of the following countries: Bulgaria, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain or the UK.

Potential for Full-Time: There is an opportunity for this position to transition to full-time employment based on the project's progress and evolving needs (if this would be of interest to you in the future).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitor and customer analysis.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for redesigns, new features/widgets, and partner requests.
• Generate original graphic designs, including images, logos, etc.
• Perform A/B testing and analyze user behavior/data.
• Enhancing user experience through continuous UX/UI improvements.
• Working closely with a team of product managers, developers, and SEO team in a crossfunctional collaboration.

Tech Stack: Figma, DataDog, ClickUp.

Note: This is a freelance/contractor collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own taxes and legal obligations in their country of residence.
