Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and integration of new features within our in-house ERP system.
- Drive the modernization of legacy PHP code, aligning it with current industry standards.
- Design and develop robust APIs and manage data interchange using various file formats.
- Oversee significant modules of the ERP system such as production, invoicing, and finance.
- Lead and guide a team of developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior PHP Developer role with a strong background in backend development.
- Expertise in the Symfony framework
- Previous work with ERP systems and experience with legacy code, along with developing new features.
- Proficiency in API development and experience with data management and file formats such as CSV, Excel, and PDF to text.
- Knowledge of key business processes in ERP, such as production, invoicing, finance, and order management.
- Speaking Croatian would be considered an advantage.
