Location: This is a remote position and we are considering candidates from any major hub in Europe
Armis is seeking an Onboarding Engineer who will manage the initial onboarding experience of customers assisting them in their foundational deployment of the platform and achieving their first value. This person will drive all of the onboarding activities on the account, technical guidance, and hands on customer education until the initial deployment is complete and first value achieved. The role requires extensive strong technical, people and project management skill sets.
What you will do
- Proactively communicating with our new customers to schedule, define and guide them through their onboarding experience.
- Provide both project management and technical best practice expertise
- Guide customers through basic setup of our platform and additional advanced configurations and integrations
- Lead regular check in calls with the customer to ensure they are successfully progressing
- Educating end-users on the fundamentals of the Armis platform including navigation, functionality and behavior of out-of-the-box modules, and best practice usage.
- Achieve a foundational deployment in the customer environment and deliver their first value/outcome using the platform.
- Work with the CSM team to hand off customers for long term growth
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or other technical customer facing roles - Must
- Strong technical background and familiarity with different technology verticals (networking, asset management, security, IoT, domain services, etc) - Must
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- English proficiency at a high level. Italian - Advantage
- Detail and goal-oriented
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Project management certification beneficial (e.g. CSM, APM, PMP)
- Strong experience managing multiple projects that involve internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to create a high level of engagement and enthusiasm
- Outstanding time management and follow-up skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to nurture working relationships with clients throughout the customer lifecycle
