Category Operations Assistant (m/w/d) - 12 months contract
Location: Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; remote, Germany; Milan, Italy; Paris, France;
Your responsibilities
- You support the buyer and operations in order preparation with reports and analyses for order processing.
- You check the supplier's order data for completeness and quality.
- You coordinate communication between the buyer and the supplier regarding quality issues with the order data and agree on delivery dates.
- You process and record orders in coordination with the buyer in our inventory management system.
- Invoice verification and approval of supplier invoices.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- You have successfully completed commercial training and have professional experience in the textile/fashion industry.
- You are characterized by your high team spirit and commitment.
- You work conscientiously and results-oriented.
- You are proficient in handling inventory management systems (SAP, Jira, etc.) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- You enjoy working with data, analyses, and processes.
- Your English skills are good in both spoken and written form.
