We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and oversee key accounts within the European market.



As a Key Account Manager at Micropsi Industries, you will be responsible for expanding the sales of our product MIRAI across the european region, with a particular focus on cultivating relationships with key accounts. This role demands exceptional technical B2B sales acumen and the capability to introduce a disruptive product to key clients, driving widespread adoption across various industries and applications. You will primarily employ an outside sales strategy, arranging in-person demonstrations of our advanced robot control system. Building enduring partnerships with customers and integration partners will be integral to your success. Reporting to the VP Sales based in Berlin, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy in the region.


The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong technical background. You will possess outstanding technical presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, alongside the ability to nurture lasting customer relationships. A competitive nature, coupled with a strong desire to succeed, will drive your performance. Your responsibilities will encompass consultative, solution-based selling, as well as contributing to marketing initiatives and providing technical sales support. You will be instrumental in generating and developing new business opportunities and customer relationships within the assigned territory.


Responsibilities


  • Achieve sales targets, with a focus on growing high-quality pipeline and securing strategic customers
  • Identify potential customers and projects within the european region
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to deployment and ongoing support
  • Deliver compelling product presentations to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and events
  • Collaborate within a team of ambitious colleagues to drive performance and share best practices
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with our distribution network


Minimum Requirements


  • Proven track of 5 years of experience in technical sales, management or development within the software/technology/automation industry (preferable in manufacturing)
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other EU-language
  • Technical aptitude and a willingness to quickly become an expert on our robot control system.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing and multitasking
  • Proficiency with productivity tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM software
  • Willingness and ability to travel by car and air, as required for the job (up to 50% of the time)
