As a Product Manager at Vox Solutions, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product landscape, driving innovation, and ensuring our solutions meet customer needs and market demands. You will lead the discovery, development, launch, and scaling of products with a strong focus on customer needs. This position places you at the forefront of defining innovative products and expanding the product management function at Vox.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Vox Solutions' overall goals. Drive the product roadmap, prioritize features based on business impact, and align them with customer needs.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to retirement. Ensure each stage is well-executed, from concept, design, development, launch, growth, and maturity, to eventual phase-out. Manage product updates and iterations based on customer feedback and market demands.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to develop and launch new products and features.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
  • Customer Focus: Advocate for the end-user by integrating customer feedback into the product development process. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing strategy, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and growth.


  • Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in the telecom or technology industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Foundation: Strong grounding in business, technology, and design principles, supported by a degree in business administration, computer science, or related fields, along with relevant practical experience.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and solving customer problems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
