Must-Have
- Experience in Report building.
- Workday functional experience on Integration, Time and Absence.
- Relevant Exp 3 - 5 years
- Experience working with multiple Workday customers with in-depth Workday HCM knowledge.
- Development of different types of workday reports
- Experience in Workday Reporting, Report Builder, Custom Reports, XSLT Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT)
- Must have a problem-solving attitude.
- Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision.
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectation
- English language
