As a full-time Remote Client Support Specialist with our team at ApplicantPro, you will have the exciting opportunity to work from home while providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The schedule is typically during business hours, but there is some flexibility.

What You Do As a Remote Client Support Specialist

As a Remote Client Support Specialist, you are an incredible help for overworked HR managers throughout the U.S. You're the first point of contact for our clients and are quick to respond to phone calls, chats, and emails. An excellent communicator, you put your phone skills to good use as you help our clients find solutions. Some of the challenges that come your way are complex, but that's what makes your role exciting! You get to flex your creative problem-solving muscles to come up with tailored solutions.

If there's a problem you can't solve on your own, you make sure the client gets connected with the right person to help them. One of the best parts of your job is building personal connections with our clients. You become their go-to person and take pride in being able to provide speedy and accurate answers. At the end of each day, you feel fulfilled knowing that you've played a crucial role in ensuring our clients' success!
