What is the role?

• Work as a member of the consulting team to manage business requirements
• Be the primary touch point to ensure client satisfaction
• Document requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria and manage the product for client projects
• Carry out high level sprint planning sessions with the development team
• Work closely with developers to deliver software according to client needs
• Define, execute and manage test phases to ensure quality
• Run client facing sessions, including sprint playbacks, UAT sessions and go-live support
• Help support customers by providing expert product knowledge

• Excellent document writing, presentation and spoken communication skills.
• Experience with using SCRUM/Agile methodology in development of complex software solutions
• 4+ years of strong business analysis skills, demonstrated in relevant industries and sectors
• Strategic analysis and planning experience
• Business case formulation and benefit realisation experience
• Business knowledge or awareness in wealth management or finance industry
• Ability to manage relationships at a senior stakeholder level
